The Layer Every Other System Depends On
Uptime, performance, and security have to coexist in the same racks. We design, build, and operate infrastructure that holds all three — on-premise, colocated, or hybrid — against your refresh horizon rather than the next budget cycle.
What We Design and Build
Six capability areas. Most engagements combine three or four.
Server & Compute Infrastructure
/ 01Compute specified for current workloads and the growth curve you can evidence, on a refresh cycle procurement can plan around.
Hyperconverged Infrastructure
/ 02Compute, storage, and networking in one managed fabric, suited to organizations without a team dedicated to keeping three separate stacks aligned.
Virtualization
/ 03Consolidation that reduces cost without concentrating risk into a failure domain nobody has mapped.
Enterprise Storage
/ 04Not all data warrants the same disk. Tiering follows what the business actually needs to reach in milliseconds.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
/ 05Backups tested by restoring them, on a schedule, with the evidence retained.
On-Premise Microsoft Services
/ 06Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, and Windows Server for workloads that remain on-premise for regulatory, latency, or contractual reasons.
Five Phases, and What You Get From Each
Each phase closes with a deliverable you own.
Discover
Physical audit, workload inventory, and power and cooling headroom measured rather than assumed.
Design
Topology, redundancy model, capacity plan, and continuity architecture, approved before hardware is quoted.
Build
Staged, racked, cabled, and configured in a controlled sequence with validation gates at each step.
Migrate
Workload by workload, each with a rollback path and a window agreed against your operational calendar.
Handover
As-built documentation, your team trained, support model agreed.
What We Build On
Partnerships give our architects range and direct escalation paths. Your requirements determine the architecture.
Also partnering with Veeam for backup and Microsoft for on-premise services. Full roster on the partners page.
What This Looks Like in Practice
Manufacturing Group, Eastern Province
The Problem
Estate approaching end of life, DR untested, production downtime carrying a calculable hourly cost.
The Approach
Physical audit identified power headroom below the documented figure, which changed the design. HCI selected to reduce operational complexity. Migration sequenced by production line, outside shift hours.
The Outcome
Consolidated footprint, DR exercised quarterly with evidence, documentation matching the racks.
This is a representative pattern showing how the delivery model works, not a specific client engagement. Real anonymized case studies are available under NDA after a scoping conversation.
Questions We Get Asked
Should we build on-premise or move to cloud?
It depends on regulatory obligations, latency requirements, and existing contract commitments. We give a direct answer, including where that answer is cloud.
How long does a data center build take?
Discovery through build typically runs 12 weeks, with migration phased after. Site constraints drive most of the variance.
Do you operate the data center after building it?
Optionally. Handover includes documentation and training so your team can run it. Ongoing operations is a separate decision.
Can you work with our existing hardware?
Yes. Discovery starts with what exists, and full replacement is recommended only where it is warranted.
Design It Once
Book an architecture review. We will audit what is racked, identify the constraints, and present the design before any hardware is quoted.
