ITBuilders started in Riyadh on a straightforward position: Saudi enterprises deserved a technology partner that builds in-Kingdom, operates in-Kingdom, and answers to them directly — not a reseller passing the real work offshore and the accountability along with it.

Six years on, that's still the whole idea. We've grown into a team of 50+ across nine service practices — cybersecurity, SOC, NOC, managed services, networking, cloud, data center, physical security, and IT consulting — serving 250+ organizations across the Kingdom. What hasn't changed is the model: one team, accountable for every layer of the systems our clients run on, from the network up to the people using it.

Designed to the standard

We hold Fortinet Expert-level partner status and design every engagement against the frameworks our clients are measured on — NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, and PDPL. Not because it looks good on a page, but because in this market, that's the difference between a system that passes an audit and one that doesn't.

Direction

What we are here to do.

Our Mission

To build, secure, and operate the systems Saudi enterprises depend on — to a standard they can audit, with accountability they can name. We take on the technology so our clients can get on with their business, and we stay on the hook for how it runs.

Our Vision

An in-Kingdom standard for enterprise IT and cybersecurity that Saudi organizations trust by default — where designed here, operated here, accountable here is the expectation, not the exception. As Vision 2030 reshapes what the Kingdom’s institutions run on, we intend to be the team building underneath it.

Core Values

How accountability behaves.

Four operating principles shape how we design, decide, communicate, and stay responsible when the work gets difficult.

01

Accountability at the seams

One team owns every layer, so no one spends an outage arguing whose fault it is. The hardest problems live at the boundaries between systems — that's exactly where we take responsibility.

02

Built in-Kingdom

Designed here, operated here, answerable here. Our engineers work Kingdom hours, our SOC runs on Saudi soil, and the people accountable for your systems are people you can reach.

03

Requirement before product

We design to what you actually need, then choose the tools that serve it. No vendor exclusivity, no solution looking for a problem — the architecture leads, and the products follow.

04

Evidence, not adjectives

We measure what we claim and report it — response times, uptime, gaps closed. If we can't show it, we don't say it.

Who We Work With

Built for consequential operations.

Our model is designed for organizations where resilience, confidentiality, and clear ownership are operating requirements.

Governments

We build and secure the infrastructure public-sector entities run on, engineered for the compliance and confidentiality the sector demands — including systems that keep sensitive national data in-Kingdom.

Enterprises

We give large organizations security and infrastructure that scale with them, absorbing the operational load so their teams can focus on the business rather than the systems underneath it.

Giga Companies

For the Kingdom's giga-projects, we build IT and security frameworks that match the scale — resilient, fast-moving, and designed to support operations that don't have a precedent to copy from.
