Our Story
ITBuilders started in Riyadh on a straightforward position: Saudi enterprises deserved a technology partner that builds in-Kingdom, operates in-Kingdom, and answers to them directly — not a reseller passing the real work offshore and the accountability along with it.
Six years on, that's still the whole idea. We've grown into a team of 50+ across nine service practices — cybersecurity, SOC, NOC, managed services, networking, cloud, data center, physical security, and IT consulting — serving 250+ organizations across the Kingdom. What hasn't changed is the model: one team, accountable for every layer of the systems our clients run on, from the network up to the people using it.
We hold Fortinet Expert-level partner status and design every engagement against the frameworks our clients are measured on — NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, and PDPL. Not because it looks good on a page, but because in this market, that's the difference between a system that passes an audit and one that doesn't.
