How many services does ITBuilders offer?
ITBuilders operates nine integrated service practices: cybersecurity, SOC services, NOC services, managed services, networking and SD-WAN, cloud, data center, physical security, and IT consulting. All nine are delivered by a single Saudi-based team rather than subcontracted to third parties.
Can I engage ITBuilders for one service, or do I need the full stack?
A single service is a standard engagement. Many clients begin with one project — a firewall refresh, a data center build, a cloud migration — and expand later or not at all. There is no bundling requirement.
The integrated model earns its value where practices overlap. When the firewall, the WAN, and the cloud tenant sit with one team, accountability is established in advance rather than negotiated during an outage.
What is the difference between SOC Services and NOC Services?
The SOC (Security Operations Center) monitors for threats: detection, triage, hunting, and incident response. The NOC (Network Operations Center) monitors for failures: availability, performance, capacity, and resolution.
